A '''toda''' is the combination of [[bols]] in any [[taal]]. The three types of todas are:
* the [[sada todaSada Toda|sada (simple) toda]]
* the [[Chakardar Toda|chakardar toda]]
* the [[kavita todaKavita Toda|kavita (poem) toda]]
Neither the sada nor chakardar todas use facial expressions, but mostly body language. In the kavita toda, the emphasis is on facial expression, with little force or body movement.
