Classes in Kathak and Bollywood at India School in Bethesda will start on January 27 and run through May. In addition to children and adult Bollywood classes, NDS is now offering beginner Kathak for ages 7 and up at the India School of Bethesda.  The class requires no previous experience and focuses on basics such as footwork and hand movements.  Todas will also be taught.  Students learn some theory as well, and are accompanied by live tabla.
